I tried cleaning USB port of my device multiple time, downgraded to 9 pie and again installed Android 10 10.3.5, used multiple USB cables capable data connection including brand new original red cable provided bye OnePlus, tested the cables with other devices and they are fine and working with other devices easily, used trick like changing Default USB configuration to all other options more than 100 times, used USB hub USB 2.0 USB 3.
